L&P Successfully Defends Another Power Converter Patent in Reexamination
Today the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) issued an ex parte reexamination certificate confirming the patentability of all claims of U.S. Patent No. RE47,714, entitled “Power Converter with Demand Pulse Isolation” in ex parte reexamination control no. 90/019,538. The ’714 Patent is owned by L&P client CogniPower, LLC. L&P, led by partner Matt Phillips, represented CogniPower throughout the reexamination. Derek Meeker, Joe Hawkins, and Kevin Laurence contributed to the case. This is the second victory L&P has recently obtained for CogniPower at the USPTO’s central reexamination unit (CRU).
