L&P Obtains Another Reissue Patent

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) today granted Reissue Patent No. RE50,433 to L&P client Hamillroad Software Limited.  L&P partners Matt Phillips and Joe Hawkins filed the application (U.S. Patent Appl. No. 18.107,720) and prosecuted it to allowance.  Phillips and Hawkins also filed a reissue continuation application for the same patent.  Over the last two decades, L&P lawyers have filed and prosecuted dozens of reissue applications and developed a deep expertise in the many highly specialized facets of reissues.
