Kevin Laurence to Participate in the Eighth Leahy Institute of Advanced Patent Studies

The eighth annual Leahy Institute, a conference run by the Naples Roundtable, is scheduled for February 18–20, 2024 in Naples, Florida.  Kevin Laurence looks forward to participating in the robust discussion of policy considerations for strengthening the patent system.  He will serve as a panelist on a panel titled Regulating the Content of a Patent Application and lead a discussion on means-plus-function claims.
