L&P Files Another Reissue Patent Application

L&P partner Matt Phillips filed a reissue application today (U.S. Patent Appl. No. 18/232,163) on behalf of its client KAIFI, LLC.  Over the last 15 years, L&P lawyers have filed and prosecuted dozens of reissue applications and developed a deep expertise in all aspects of reissue practice before the central reexamination unit (CRU) at the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
